Accessibility Statement

We consider equal access for all visitors a priority, and work to make this site accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments, 2013) and Israeli Standard 5568 Part 1 at level AA. That standard is based on the W3C's WCAG 2.0 guidelines. The site was also tested against WCAG 2.1 level AA, which extends them.

Accessibility features on this site

• Semantic page structure with a proper heading hierarchy and labeled navigation regions
• Full keyboard navigation, including a skip link and a clear 3-pixel focus indicator
• Contrast ratios meeting level AA requirements: at least 4.5:1 for regular text and at least 3:1 for large text
• Contrast of at least 3:1 on the visible boundaries of form fields, buttons and link cards
• Alternative text for images, with decorative graphics hidden from screen readers so they do not clutter the reading experience
• Forms with visible labels, clear guidance, and error messages that are announced to screen readers
• Touch targets of at least 44 pixels
• Support for text resizing up to 200% without horizontal scrolling, including at a narrow 320 pixel viewport
• Respect for the user's reduced-motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion)
• Bilingual site, Hebrew and English, with correct directionality in each language
• A display-adjustment menu, opened from the accessibility button at the bottom left of every page (one Tab press after the "Skip to content" link). Details below.

The display-adjustment menu

Every page carries an accessibility button that opens an adjustment menu. It offers: text enlargement and reduction (between 90% and 150%), a readable font, dark high contrast, light high contrast, inverted colours, grayscale, link highlighting, a stronger focus outline, a large mouse cursor, animation stopping and read aloud. Your choices are stored in your browser and reload automatically on later pages and later visits, and a single button resets all of them.

We built this menu ourselves and it runs entirely from this site. It uses no external service, no third-party script, and it sends no information to anyone. Preferences are kept in your browser's local storage and contain no identifier of any kind.

Worth stating plainly: a menu like this is not a substitute for an accessible site and is not required by law. This site is built to the standard and remains accessible without the menu, and with JavaScript disabled. The menu is an extra convenience layer for visitors who want to adjust the display to suit them.

How accessibility was tested

Every page on this site was checked automatically with axe-core against the WCAG level AA rule set, and manually: full keyboard navigation, focus order, computed contrast ratios for the color pairings, the real rendered size of each touch target measured in the browser, and layout at a 320 pixel viewport. In addition, an independent external review was carried out on July 26, 2026, and its findings were fixed and re-verified. Automated checks do not replace testing with every assistive technology, and we continue to address improvement points as they are identified.

Known limitations

The downloadable PDF files on this site are built as tagged PDFs, with a document title and a declared language, so screen readers should read them correctly. They have not been tested against every assistive technology in use.

The contact form is submitted through an external service. If JavaScript is disabled in your browser, the confirmation page you see belongs to that service and is outside our control.

In either case, if you run into difficulty, contact us and we will provide the content or the service another way.
